The Opportunity

We're looking for an Insurance & Financial Services Representative to join our high-performing team.

Candidates must be fully fluent in both English and French, spoken and written. This position requires daily communication with clients in both official languages.

This role combines customer service and sales, giving you the opportunity to help clients with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to better protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and financial future.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person
• Assist clients with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance needs
• Explain coverage options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
• Identify opportunities to better protect clients through insurance and financial products
• Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and service requests
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to team and individual goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Share ideas and feedback to help continuously improve the client experience
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is required
• Strong customer service experience
• Insurance or financial services experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment
• Strong computer skills and typing ability (40+ WPM preferred)
• General Insurance License (Level 1 or 2) is an asset
• LLQP certification is an asset but not required
• Licensed candidates are preferred; however, unlicensed candidates with strong sales or customer service experience will be considered
