Position Overview:

Are you a self-driven, energetic and passionate individual that is looking for a challenge? We are looking for a high energy, self motivated individual to join our team.   We are looking for an efficient, confident, organized and resourceful individual to help us manage the day to day noise in our office.  You are patient and can assist customers on their worst days and you are also highly motivated to talk to other customers about their insurance needs and pivot to other lines of insurance. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent organizationnal skill with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Works well in team environment
• Property & Casualty license - must have a current license
• Life License - must have a current license
• Bilingual - French and English
