The Role

We’re looking for a bilingual (English/French)Financial Services and Insurance Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team, supporting Life, Auto, Home, and Commercial Insurance clients.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • enjoys talking to people
  • can juggle multiple things at once without losing their cool
  • takes pride in doing things properly
  • and genuinely cares about client experience

You’ll be a key point of contact for our clients,  answering questions, making changes, solving problems, and helping them feel taken care of.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Explain policies, coverage options, changes, and next steps in clear, simple language
  • Build long‑term client relationships based on trust and respect
  • Resolve service issues efficiently, aiming to solve things the first time
  • Manage multiple client requests and priorities throughout the day
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Stay current on products, procedures, and insurance regulations
  • Share feedback and ideas to help improve how we serve our clients

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service experience (insurance or financial services is an asset)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a very busy, client‑focused environment
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM required)
  • Calm under pressure, solution‑oriented, and detail‑minded
  • Empathetic, patient, and genuinely helpful
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • General Insurance License (Level 1 or 2) preferred but not required at interview
  • LLQP certification not required at interview
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
